Due to the perishable nature of our fresh flowers, we cannot offer cash refunds.
However, we will provide store credit or a replacement arrangement for verified issues as outlined below.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the item so we can assess the issue.
If the complaint is verified, we will offer:
- A replacement product or
- Store credit equal to the value of the original order
Cancellations
flowers may already be prepared and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
